Rowing for my life! This week I (re)learned how important exercise is for my emotional health. I intentionally rested for two days and accidentally overslept 😬 Monday and missed my workout - so three days off exercise. Let me tell you I now know that 2 days off exercise is the max for me! I had a major meltdown Tuesday that would not have happened had I made it to that class. I’m not angry with or judging myself. I just know, exercise is like taking a shower or brushing my teeth. Non-negotiable.

Going through discomfort now to achieve your long term goals leads to strength, discipline, and feeling good.

This a powerful step!

Your brain starts to think of ways to make it happen when you are in present tense.

You get to decide your own intention. Think about it. Write it down. Set your mind on it.

Living intentionally requires more of us. More thinking on purpose and ahead of time. More effort. But living on autopilot comes with its own costs.

Why will YOU decide to think about eating healthy over the holidays? Be intentional. 🧡🤎
