Rowing for my life! This week I (re)learned how important exercise is for my emotional health. I intentionally rested for two days and accidentally overslept 😬 Monday and missed my workout - so three days off exercise. Let me tell you I now know that 2 days off exercise is the max for me! I had a major meltdown Tuesday that would not have happened had I made it to that class. I’m not angry with or judging myself. I just know, exercise is like taking a shower or brushing my teeth. Non-negotiable.
Going through discomfort now to achieve your long term goals leads to strength, discipline, and feeling good.
