Is it just me who struggles with this? 👀

This week, I’m getting real with you because guess what? This mindset shift is as much for me as it is for you. 🙋🏾‍♀️

Yes, even as a business coach who’s helped many female entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses, I’m not immune to it.😩

The truth is, those moments of self-doubt happen to all of us, yes even the big names out there and superstars we look up to.

But here’s what I’ve learned over the years:

Acknowledging those feelings is necessary, but staying in that feeling and letting them stall us is an option.

So, what do I do when these feelings come up?

I do the work like:

- Following up with that potential client,
- Sharing that piece of content I’ve hesitated over,
- Or finally making that call I’ve been putting off,

Each step might seem small, but it’s all about moving forward, no matter what.

And when the doubt creeps in, I give myself grace, hype myself up, or reach out to my tribe for that extra push of support.

But most importantly, I do the work. Because action is the antidote to fear.

I’m here to remind you (and myself 😉) that it’s okay to have those unsure moments. What matters is how we respond.
