Valley Vista High School is our home, where we offer Emergency Fire-Medical, Fire Control and Suppression, and Internship classes, open to all Freshmen through Seniors.

Valley Vista Fire Science students volunteered at Surprise Firefighter's Charities Veteran's Day Pancake Breakfast, pictured in photo are students and Surprise Fire-Medical employees.
To students who signed to volunteer at Surprise Firefighter's Charities Veteran's Day Pancake Breakfast tomorrow, please arrive to the Cimmaron Center at 6:30am, in Black Pants, Black Shoes, Black Belt and any plain dark grey shirt. Polos are in limited supply and will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Student Volunteers taught Fire Safety with house fire demonstrations at the annual Surprise GAIN Night.

Valley Vista's National Honor Society will be holding a Trunk or Treat event, 5-7, October 28th, at the PAC. Our students will be there with our truck, candy and welcoming smiles. Many other school clubs and organizations will also be in attendance.
Volunteers are needed and will be given Community Service hours for attending. Students are asked to be in uniform, arrive early and leave later than stated times to set up, organize, and clean up the event.
Want to see how the Fire Science program operates? Have a current student to enter high school next year? Attend the District CTE Expo on October 25th, 6-8pm to see us, among many other CTE programs at the Dysart District Center, next to Valley Vista's PAC.

Fire Control 3-4 practiced Search and Rescue Drills today.
Any students currently enrolled in a Fire Science course, there is a general meeting tomorrow (Thursday Sept. 29th) after school from 2:25 to 3:00, in room 7001. We will discuss Uniforms, our Constitution/Bylaws, and future events to be held, again, open to any students currently enrolled in a Fire Science course.

If you are planning on going to the Future Freshman Night please be there by 5:30 and if you have the uniform from the previous two years just wear that! Girls make sure your hair is pulled up in either a bun or ponytail and Guys remember to be clean cut! Don't forget this semester you have community service hours that you need to complete!! If there are any changes to the event tonight about time and where we are meeting I will comment on this post!
