3. Don't p*e too often
While it may be tempting to go to the bathroom more often to prevent accidents, this can actually weaken your bladder and make urinary dribbling worse. Avoiding caffeine and alcohol can help reduce the urge to urinate frequently and give you more control over bathroom breaks.

It's great to see that the previously taboo topic of men's urinary health is being discussed more openly.
