I was very pleased to be asked to create a beautiful wedding cake 🍰
3 tiers consisting of…
10in- Lower tier – chocolate cake with Nutella / buttercream
8in-Middle tier – Bischoff sponge with filling and buttercream
6in- Top tier – Almond cherry Bakewell sponge cake with cherry jam and buttercream
Finished in a rustic white buttercream with fondant figures if the bride and groom.. with fresh flowers to match provided by sarahsflorist_s6

I Almost forgot to post this😬🤣
Created a few moons back, this was a 2 tier cake sizes 6 and 8inch round.
(All my sponge cakes come as 3 layer sponge with 2 a 2 layer butter cream and stand around 4-5inch tall)
Finished and decorated with his favourite bike 🏍️ 💨

Baby André’s christening cake! 🍰
This buttercream finish cake was an 8inch round Victoria sponge .. strawberry jam, Vanilla buttercream with a dam of ganache for stability 😋 topped with ball decoration, pamper grasses, bunny tails and silver/blue decorations!

🍰 I enjoy nothing more than a challenge! And this sure was! 👀
🍃 The sword 🗡️ through the cake was made edible from fondant.. this looks simple enough but the weight of the sword needed some internal structure!
🍃 The arrows 🏹 were also made with edible materials (wafer paper for the flights) fondant for the heads both on skewers!
🍃 The cake board was created using an edible photo map from ‘TLOTR’ , topped with fondant sea for a more realistic look!
🍃 The cake was an 8inch round, hand painted for the ‘airbrush ombré’ scenic look.
🍃 The ring was crafted from fondant with hand etched writing to look original finished with edible scroll and leafs for the theme!

I was honoured to be asked to create this wedding cake for my client..
my first separation wedding cake !! 👀
- 2 tiers of the best chocolate cake 👌
Followed by the middle tier… which was a delightful lemon sponge.. 🍋
- All tiers buttercream filling and surrounded with a ganache crumb coat 🤤
…Covered with Saracino fondant , with cute heart jackets and fondant flowers!
- traditional pillar separations for the lower tiers, and a dummy separator for the top tier!
