MIDWAY TRANSFORMATION STORY:

I waited more than year and half to invest in this journey . My question to myself was
- Will this make sense ?
- Investing so much money in just your body am i overspending ?
- does this ll make me happy ?
- does it will save me from being moody irritated and my mood swings ?
- interloop Thinking for endless night ll that stop , mental block not be able to get new ideas π‘π‘

So here are my answers
Sabse pheli bat dieting karne ka matlab ye kbhi ni hota hai ki ap bhookey raho ge ya pir ap chai choro ge π€£ yeh mera myth break hua tha when first time I talk to
This is definitely making sense , my whole journey started from zero and i learned being student at every stage or phase of life is so much important to accept things where you are , what harm you have caused to your body and how will it be showing it results to you some or otherway . Investment on health or body is just like you are sowing seed in the ground give them proper food ,sunlight , oxygen so that photosynthesis happen its the same with the body too . Sense of accomplishment comes naturally when you are doing exercises with mindfulness and when you are doing it all for yourself it ll make you happy . Interloop Thinking was major problem which took me a lot of time to get it recovered but with help and guidance I still remember how I use to ask nonsense questions to him continuously which I still did but my fear of being fat, judged , taking full body photos , feeling of constant anxiety , overthinking the whole situation in my mind has improved a lot . Schedule counsel calling and updating charts, sending full body photographs Is one best things that made this journey even more communicative. Also in between this journey mujhe fever ho gya tha ... Where has made me realise it's okay not to be okay relax π₯² .
This journey has improved me a lot as person and made me realise what are things which are of actual worth this journey has been blessing in disguise for me really love being one of transformation from and thanks to Priyanka for being that person to introduce me to you .β£οΈ

As a Coach, making someone lose weight is one of the most easiest things to do.
But, what I've always and will continue aspiring to do is, leading my mentee towards a path where they lose weight whilst making resourceful changes to the cause of the unwanted weight in the first place.
