Barber's Sunrise Villa Apartments

EXCITING NEWS FOR THE RESIDENTS OF BURT AND CUMING COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA! JOYRIDE Public Transit will be hitting the road soon! Communities served include Bancroft, Beemer, Craig, Decatur, Lyons, Oakland, Tekamah, West Point, and Wisner. This service will offer low-fare transportation for local trips and longer excursions within a 100-mile radius.

Operating Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., with ADA-accessible vans, now you can get to where you need to go!

For ride reservations, we ask you please book 48-hours in advance (if possible), by logging on to our website and filling out the booking form. You may also call 402.685.7500 to speak with one of our schedulers between the hours of 8:00 A.M and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Barber's Sunrise Villa Apartments!!

Here is the apartment that is available at Barber's Sunrise Villa.

An apartment is available to rent now. Each unit has a kitchen, large pantry, dining room with coat closet, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a laundry room in the building along with a community room and a sun porch. It is a smoke free facility.
Rent is determined on income and assets minus all out of pocket medical expenses. These are Elderly/Disabled apartments. Contact Jenny Gatzemeyer if you are interested. 808-348-5101.
