Her visits will be a casual and informal opportunity to connect with her about how can you strengthen relationships with yourself and your family to feel as though you are thriving in motherhood 🫶🏼

Come and join us for some tea, cookies, and adult conversation as we hang out with our children. The public health nurse will be there as well to answer any health related questions.

Mamacentric is a free, drop in support group for moms and babes aged 0-5.

Taryn, the public health dental hygienist joins us at Mamacentric this week. Bring all of your brushing and teething questions!

Babysitter Meet and Greet event takes place Tuesday, May 14th in the Multipurpose room in the Cumberland School. Come and interview potential babysitters and book yourself an afternoon out :)
