🍗 3-Ingredient Brown Sugar Italian Chicken 🍗

📋 Ingredients:

🍬 1/2 cup brown sugar
🥗 1 (0.7-oz) packet Italian Dressing Mix
🍗 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts


📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil. 🔥
2️⃣ Combine the brown sugar and Italian dressing mix. 🍬🥗
3️⃣ Coat both sides of the chicken with the brown sugar mixture. 🍗🍬
4️⃣ Place in the prepared pan. 🍽️
5️⃣ Top chicken with any remaining brown sugar mixture. 🍗🍬
6️⃣ Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. ⏲️
7️⃣ Turn broiler on HIGH. 🔥
8️⃣ Broil chicken until brown sugar caramelizes, about 1 to 2 minutes. Watch it carefully so it doesn’t burn! 🍗🍬👀

✔️ Do NOT make the dressing. You are only going to use the contents of the packet in the recipe. ❗️

Pecan Caramel Baklava Cups 🤤🧡💛
Crispy, nutty, and dripping in caramel! Our Pecan Caramel Baklava Cups are the ultimate treat for any sweet tooth! 🤤
Ingredients:
1 package of phyllo dough, thawed
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups pecans, chopped
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with melted butter.
Cut the phyllo dough into squares that fit into the muffin cups. Layer 5-6 squares per cup, brushing each layer with melted butter.
In a bowl, combine chopped pecans, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Fill each phyllo cup with the pecan mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the phyllo is golden and crisp.
While the baklava cups are baking, prepare the caramel syrup. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and honey. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Once the baklava cups are baked, immediately pour the caramel syrup over each cup, ensuring they are well soaked.
Let the cups cool completely in the tin before removing.

Churro Cheesecake Donut Cookies

Ingredients:
For the Dough:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
For the Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Caramel Sauce (optional):
1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a small bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the filling to a piping bag.
Shape the Cookies:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and flatten each into the shape of a circle. Or use a large cookie cutter to shape the cookie.
Pipe a small amount of cheesecake filling around the sides the of each cookie then fold the edges over to enclose the filling.
Press down to seal the dough. Use a small cookie cutter to cut the center out so the cookie will be in the shape of a donut.
Coat the Cookies:
In a shallow dish, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
Roll each cookie in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
Bake the Cookies:
Arrange the cookies on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden and set.

Elegant Ricotta and Spinach Quiche 😍😋

Ingredients:

1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
A pinch of nutmeg
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate. Prick the bottom with a fork. Pre-bake the crust for 8 minutes. Remove from oven.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined. Stir in the cooled spinach and onion mixture.
Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Steak in Creamy Cajun Shrimp Sauce (Surf and Turf) 🥩🍤
Ingredients:
For the Steaks:

2 ribeye steaks (or steak of your choice)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Cajun Shrimp Sauce:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Steaks:

Season the steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steaks to the skillet and cook to your desired level of doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare).
Remove steaks from the skillet and set aside to rest.
Prepare the Cajun Shrimp Sauce:

In the same skillet, add olive oil and butter over medium heat.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Stir in the Cajun seasoning and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Reduce heat to low and let the sauce thicken for about 5 minutes.
