Remember, it's easier to prevent than it is to cure! Don't skip any workouts and make sure you stick to your diet over the next 2 months. Use the actual "holiday" as your cheat day. This will keep you from having to lose an extra 20 pounds in January. Let me know if you need any extra motivation!

I was in the gym before 7am today. I'm not a morning person, but love not waiting for equipment!
The thing I love about leg day is I can kick my own ass in about 35 minutes and crawl out of the gym. 😖

Sunday is a great day to beat the Monday crowd and get that chest day in! The gym is usually empty on Sunday's so you don't have to wait for your favorite equipment. What are you working on today?

Lol... This is true, unless the kidnapper works out and is strong enough to carry you! And, because muscle weighs more than fat, you're better off lifting weights to weigh more AND be strong enough to not get kidnapped. Don't get kidnapped, hit the gym!
