I found out not too long ago that the sunflower is used to represent invisible illnesses and disabilities. The reason I found this out was because after a 3 year hiatus from friends, family, cosplay, acting and just overall people, I finally discovered that I'm not depressed, anxious, ADHD, OCD, Bipolar, unmotivated, hardheaded, arrogant and flaky person.
I'm just simply, a burnt out, overstimulated, heavily masked autistic individual who's had little to no true support for years.
I don't have a family safety net and I struggle with CPTSD from emotional neglect and physical abuse. I've made friendships and worked with people that end in mildly explosive ways because I was hiding my true self behind the mask of a people pleaser. I was (still am) afraid to get close to people because I don't know when I'll become too much. Too opinionated. Too passionate. Too hyper focused. Too loud. Too bossy. Too controlling. Or when I'll rely on them to the point of being too heavy for them to carry. What's even more crazy is that friendships I have now, have no idea how much I still mask around them. Not because I don't care or love them, but because I'm still figuring out who I am and if who I am, is something they would be able to handle.
A lot of you will say, "don't stress about other people", "you gotta do you" and other very kind things that fall short with me because my sense of self and self esteem is so low, that it's depths even surprised me! I am kind because I know what's it's like to be hated. I am encouraging because I know what it's like to be discouraged into oblivion.
I push representation because I know what it's like to not see yourself and how much of a difference it would have made to just have one person see you without bias.
It's one thing for others not to see you, but to not see yourself is darkness I wish on no one.
So I say all of that to say, thank you so much for rocking with me through this huge hiatus.
Thank you for still reaching out to talk to me.
Thank you for liking my posts and encouraging me.
Just thank you...for being you and still being here. It means a lot more to me than you know

OH MY GOSH!! YALL GO SEE THIS MOVIE! Easily the best thing to come out of Phase 4, fight me!
I was so happy to get this costume done in time.for the movie! DID IT AGAIN with the costume design for this film. The amount of detail is mind blowing and I was floored with each piece. This suit was a lot to do but it's so satisfying to see it all come together. Quick shout out to .tarantino for 3D printing the helmet and panther gauntlet pieces and .echo for their tutorial on using silicone for cosplay! This costume WOULD NOT EXIST with our y'all πππ! And of course, I have to show some love to my team the Usualrangers5 . Not only did they help me get this suit together but all of my footage and pictures are thanks to them! I'll be posting more videos and pictures soon. There's so much to share!
