What beverage options should be provided at my wedding and how much do I need to buy?

These two questions I get asked frequently so here is a starting point for you as you work on planning your own special day …

First and foremost you need to consider your guest list: how many people of drinking age did you invite? How many/how much approximately will they drink? Are your family and friends more wine, beer or mixed drink fans? Once that is established you can begin to create your bar menu.

Recommended alcohol for a standard wedding…
Light Beer: Coors Light, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra
Lager Beer: Yuengling, Sam Adams
Wheat Beer: Blue Moon, Hefeweizen

White Wine: Chardonnay, Riesling, White Zinfandel
Red Wine: Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet

Vodka, Tequila, Whiskey

Mixers: Soda, Tonic Water, Club Soda, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Sour Mix

Happy 3rd Anniversary to Trish’s Vintage Traveling Bar 🥂

3 years ago today I opened my “window” for the first time on my daughter’s wedding day. What began as a project for her wedding turned into a bar I utilized for family and friends during picnics, graduation parties and weddings. Over time I added more upgrades and began to learn what works and what doesn’t. It was then that I realized how much I loved my little traveling bar and wanted to open it for anyone to enjoy.

So today I would like to make a toast to the past, present and future. May your dreams take you as far as you will allow.

Cheers to the future and everyone who will enjoy this bar during bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, weddings and so much more.

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself on here 🌱 My name is Trish and I live in Albion, NY. I’ve always had a love for all things design & DIY, and I’ve translated that over in to this business endeavor. I originally began designing and making this bar for both of my daughters’ weddings, but loved it so much that I decided to expand my original plans and give others the opportunity to have such a unique bar & experience at their special events! 🍾
