As you know, I have ADHD and have struggled with maintaining focus not just in business, but in my personal life as well.

For years, I've described the inside of my brain as a pinball game.

All the lights and bells going off, but I've got SEVEN pinballs going at the same time and FOUR flappers to keep them from going down the hole.

Until I tried lions mane supplements, coffee/caffeine was the best "band-aid" that I had to help me along with several coping mechanisms.

Thanks to a TikTok video with a neuroscientist that I followed, he explained how lions mane really helps a neurodiverse brain gain focus and clarity.

The first few days that I took it, I didn't really notice a big difference... but the day I forgot to take it... OH BOY.

What I realized was that the lions mane had quietly removed four of the pinballs and limited the flashing lights and bells.

So now I take my lions mane almost every day. And because it's not a stimulant, if I forget it, I can take it later in the day.

Earlier this year, I was introduced to the founder and CEO of Uforek, a health and wellness company. When I requested that lions mane be added to the products, he got it added to the Brain IQ Health Capsules almost immediately!
