Today I am waiting to hear from HP if they will provide warranty support for three PC Controllers Keysight purchased. They want Keysight to provide Proof of Purchase. I remember Bill telling me to just fix the instrument and apologize to the customer that the product failed after I verified the serial number was in warranty. These are crazy times.🤨

Today I saw an Intel Proc with a POST failure. I have never needed to replace a Intel Proc. and I have been working with them since the 4004. The cooler and thermal grease was OK too. This was an i5 Proc. There is a first time for anything.

Today I am worried about the 16 UEFI firmware bugs allowing stealthy malware infections in the HP Engage Flex Pro. The HP SoftPaq installation is more complex than others I have installed and not for the faint of heart.
