Today I was sat watching and listening to the birds flocking in a tree. They came and passed through like the wind, chirping away as they do.
Then as I took this photo they all flew like the tree was shaking them off and sending them on their merry way!
Such a beautiful thing to witness, such a wonderful connection between nature.
Today I am grateful for this πππ

This one is for you, Jack! β οΈ
So today I signed up for the November 20 minutes everyday Yoga Challenge for Mind, a charity and cause very close to my heart. I'm doing this in memory of my second cousin Jack Dore, who at 25, on the 17th December 2020, sadly sought his peace after battling with declining mental health. Also, a lot of my friends and family battle with anxiety everyday as do I but I want to play my part in helping those who sadly don't get the help they need.
Love and light πππ Claire # # #
Please donate what you can to help those suffering with mental heath, the help that they need.
Thank you! πππ

This is such a beautiful experience that I was introduced to whilst on holiday on Corfu some years ago. Now there a blessing for women experiencing Peri menopause/Menopause
Shared with love πππ
Hi everyone
For many years I have held the heartfelt desire to help women understand their menopause path. In my own menopause journey, I felt the profound shifts that change our energy structures and our relationship with the Four Female Archetypes and the Sacred Feminine. These shifts not only ignited a new book, but also kindled a deep understanding of the transformative path of menopause.
My first book, βRed Moonβ, was written many years ago and explored the gifts our cyclic nature, and I was often asked, "When will you share your wisdom about menopause?"!
Well - now is the time! LOL
After five years of writing my new menopause book, I felt a deep call to birth a Womb Blessing specifically for those walking their menopause path. With so many profound emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical changes, itβs understandable that we can feel adrift, alone, and yearning for guidance at this time. But our menopause journey isn't a battle to be fought - it's a gentle awakening, brimming with power and joy. We are shedding our old skin so that we can unfurl our wings and take flight.
The Menopause Womb Blessings are sanctuaries where the warm embrace of the Sacred Feminine envelops us. In her presence, we're never alone, never unguided. We are always given what we need to heal and to grow into who we are meant to be.
In the Worldwide Menopause Womb Blessing there are two beautiful meditations and Blessings tailored to where you stand in this incredible journey.
If your heart whispers the call to join this global sanctuary and to nurture your menopause, we welcome you to register to join us and to find out more: www.menopauseblessing.com
With love and hugs

Happy Summer Solstice!
My favourite day of the year! Not just because it's my birthday month or because of a beautiful memory. Just because ... I love its energy!
It is Litha, the midsummer day, but for many it is the start of summer. It is the longest day, the shortest night, the energy of warmth, happiness, home and all things in balance. The dark and the light, the sun and the rain, the bitter and the sweet, the holding on and letting go, the inhale and the exhale, the yin and yang, the god and goddess, one cannot exist without the other.
It is a perfect time to look at this balance of energies in our own lives, to create harmony within and with our relationships with each other.
It is also International Yoga Day so if you're a yogi/ni like me what better day to soak up this exhilarating energy, roll out your mat and honour this beautiful gift of light and meditate on what needs balance in your life!

Today I felt jaded so I took myself off to my studio and did an hour's restorative yoga, perfect end to this month's moon cycle
It gave me such a burst of energy that I was dancing around the kitchen to the radio whilst making myself a scrummy Greek tuna pasta salad for my tea!
Pre Gemini New Moon vibes, up and down energy all day! Some pics of my yoga space for the afternoon!
New additions to the yoga studio ... smells heavenly in here now!
So after my June yoga challenge, Covid finally caught up with me and to be honest it is only in the last week or two I've started to feel better. Those bone aches were horrendous!
This week I've started practising with Yourself Yoga on My Yoga Journey with the lovely Julie Ann Garrido and it has really helped me with my strength and flexibility. So much so that yesterday I finally started to video my assessments for my 200 YTT.
Today I have started the 5 day yog challenge which is for beginners but is giving my morning practice boost.
Determined to beat the menopause and feel healthier and more confident to teach!
π
So today is my 54th Birthday so I'm dedicating my practice to my beautiful Mum. Without her precious love, I would not be here today!
Warrior pose, Virabhadrasana has a special place in my heart because of her! She battled with cancer not once but twice and sadly passed away in 2006.
To many this may not make sense but warrior pose gives me strength and determination when I feel sad or overwhelmed. Just like she did!
I have lost 4 babies to miscarriage. The first one, she helped me through. Sadly she wasn't there for the 3 that followed but whenever I practised warrior, I knew she was there with me!
So with every ounce of love, energy and determination, I am finishing this challenge with Balancing Warrior, courtesy of and the lovely
This may be the last day of the Yoga Challenge for Cancer Research UK but I will still be practising and gaining my YTT so I can teach others. Yoga is a practice not just for the body but also for the mind and spirit. It has taught me strength, resilience, patience, awareness and so much more but above all it has given me confidence to achieve my goals.

Day 25
No pics today from today's practice. Trying to take pics of yourself doing yoga on the sidelines of your son's footy tournament in wind and rain with sore legs from walking is no fun at all. I did practice some seated neck and arm stretches and a few seated postures tho so going to do an hour's mixed practice tomorrow.
Hope you're all still going strong!
Just a pic of clouds one minute blazing sun, next minute torrential downpour!
Day 24 stretches and flow
Lovely practice as always. Finding my right stronger than my left today. Chaturanga definitely stronger tho!
Happy with my progress, feeling lighter!

Day 23 Moving anxiety sequence & Short Meditation - I Am Enough
Lovely practice today after a short cycle ride to the daughter's for a hair cut!
Definitely feeling a lot more flexible. My chaturanga feels stronger and loving the fact I can nearly touch my knee with the top of my nose in Janu Sirsasana! Little wins! π€£
Week to go everyone, keep going!

Our Story
Hi and welcome to jyoti holistics
My name is Claire, Iβm 50 years young and live in Cheshire. Iβm married with 6 beautiful children and have 4 grandchildren. I love my life and all the lessons it has taught me. I believe we never stop learning and want to share this with you.
My spiritual journey began over 10 years ago, due to grief after losing my Mum to cancer and having 3 miscarriages. This was my crossroads, I could either let it consume me or I could use my knowledge to help others.
It took some time to realise how I could do this. I had to heal first before I could help others but quickly realised that if I did nothing that I would not only doing others a disservice, I would also be letting myself down. This tested my faith and changed my perception of life.
