With many of S3's Customers being in the utilities sector, S3 Vice President, Solutions Jackie Robinson and Account Manager Becky Wrona recently attended Chartwell's Customer Experience Conference. Chartwell exclusively serves the utility industry and has been researching customer-facing issues longer than any other utility-focused research firm. Director of S3Asia, David Safran (based in Manila and in Detroit), and Executive Vice President, Jeff Nelson, were honored to attend the September 11 briefing of the US-Philippines Society, where they reaffirmed S3's commitment to expanding its operations in the Philippines. They were joined by Philippines Ambassador to the U.S., Jose Manuel Romualdez, who spoke about recent strategic engagements and trade missions between the two countries. Following his remarks, Ambassador Romualdez engaged in discussions with members of the diplomatic corps, media, representatives from the U.S. State Department, the US-Philippines Society, private equity firms, and non-government organizations. He highlighted the Philippines' robust economic outlook, projecting 6% annual GDP growth despite global challenges. S3 is well positioned to contribute to the country's sustained growth and success.
