Wilson Du, a Stage 5 Kidney Warrior, was sent to the ER due to inflammation on his knees, and stayed at ER for weeks after diagnosed with kidney failure. He made a decision - "I choose Life!" He changed his lifestyle entirely! - From seldom exercise, he now usually gets on his bikes 3-5 hours twice a week. - From eating unhealthily, he now only has low-carb, low salt, learn meat and mainly vegetable diet. - From 305 lb, he lost 115 lb to 190 lb!!! Although he is on dialysis, nothing stops him from cycling like a professional athlete!!!
