Thanksgiving tailgate
Homemade lentil burgers, chao, mashed potatoes, gravy, jalapeño cranberry, kale on Texas toast. And a green bean casserole.
The “Old Major” at Heart of Gold is their outta this world take on a vegan Big Mac. Two bean and beet patties, special sauce, lettuce, pickle and onion on a vegan bun.
Summer grill sesh
Ordered the mushroom hot pot and we’ll never be the same. Sweet and sour spicy Vietnam style broth with lemongrass, ginger, pineapple, okra, tomato, and tofu. Served with organic mushrooms: maitake, shiitake, oyster, king oyster, enoki, straw, breech, snow (white). AND white shimeji, butternut squash, chrysanthemum, water cress and celery. With rice noodles!
