Dealer is the last one I have looking for a new home.

‼️Willing to negotiate to a pet home.‼️

Would like to at least have a commitment by Labor Day weekend. Willing to neuter him at my cost.

Asking price for breeding rights has not changed.

AKC 4Hills Stackin’ The Deck. “Dealer”

He is a 3 year old, intact, blue mottled male. Has produced one litter for me because that is all I’ve wanted from him. He has a clean genetic panel through PawPrint, OFA normal elbows, and OFA hip scores. He is available to a pet or breeding home. He is 22” and 70lbs - produces beautiful puppies.

He has been around cattle, horses, sheep, pigs, donkeys. He has a high prey drive and a medium working drive. Exposure to chickens and felines have been in controlled settings - he’s done ok, super easy to call off. Would not leave him alone.

He’s good with people, children, and most other dogs. He is kennel, crate, and house trained. He is good on a leash and I could finish his CGC before he left if that trips someone’s trigger. He is good in public. He’s been camping. He likes to go all the places and do all the things. He’s a very affectionate dog.

Would really like to find at least one of these guys a new home before Labor Day.

I’m non-negotiable on price for breeding rights.
But I would negotiate on price to a GOOD pet home.

Won’t answer comments. Message here or call/text 563-608-3007.

AKC Diamond Falls Twist of Fate “Twist”

She is a 3 year old, intact, blue female. Available to a pet or breeding home. She has not had a litter for me, life got in the way. She has a clean genetic panel through PawPrint. She has normal elbows and good hips scored through OFA. She is current on all vaccines, dewormer, flea/tick. She is roughly 18” and 43lbs.

She is good with new people, children, and other dogs. She is kennel, crate, and house trained.
She is decent on a leash, could use a little more work there.
She has been around cattle, horses, sheep, pigs, donkeys. She has recently had exposure to chickens & small kittens and so far hasn’t had any trouble leaving them alone. She has gone on camping trips and done well. She is not a dog that has or wants to greet every dog she meets. She sticks to her people.
She is low in the pecking order here. She is very sweet natured and a bit timid at first. Not a mean bone. Doesn’t care for “loud” people with a lot of yelling. She doesn’t have any interest in working livestock. She would excel with someone willing to keep building her confidence and potentially do dog sports - she’s wicked fast. She deserves to be someone’s number one.

With all the sad surrounding me rehoming the majority of my program, thought I would share a little happy.

I am keeping Goose.
He’s two this year, fully health tested, and is really everything I love about the breed.

Hopefully in a few years I’ll be in a position to breed him to Roux.

Until then, he is standing at stud to select outside females.

06/08/2024

VERY motivated to find a new 🏠 for this guy!
Call me, and let’s talk.

3 year old male. AKC. Health tested.
Good with people, kids, female dogs, and most male dogs. Could probably coexist with other small furry creatures if you put the time in.

Crate trained. House trained. Leash trained. Good recall. Basic obedience. Up to date on all vet work.

Literally ALL THE HARD WORK IS DONE.
He’s a good boy and will make someone the best copilot.

Dealer is looking for a new zip code.
This time I’m serious. 😉

He’s 3 years old.
Intact.
AKC registered.
Full genetic panel. OFA hips / elbows.
Up to date on everything.
70-75lbs. 22” tall.
Was crate / house trained as a pup, wouldn’t be hard to get him back to that.
He’s good with people, kids, and female dogs. He can be a bully to other male dogs.
He will chase chickens, cats, small furry animals. He’s never caught anything, so I don’t know if he’s all chase or if he’d actually make em a snack. Wouldn’t be hard to work with him on this.

We had pictures updated and I should have those back within the next week.

He can go limited or full on registration.
Do not message me unless you’re seriously interested.

Finally home from the first camping trip of the year. Creed and Brisby went with me. Brisby is a pro, and this was Creed’s first trip.

He enjoyed the morning nature walks, all the water, and all the snacks. The dogs stay in the camper when we ride and there is nothing worse than a dog that barks the whole time you’re gone - not a peep from Creed. Not even when he heard us come back into camp. He would wait patiently while we tended to horses for his turn.

He was good with kids and new people and did pretty good with other dogs. He is 6 mo old and still learning what is acceptable play with dogs we don’t know. We will get there.

Overall, no qualms.
I think I will take him along for the next trip as well. 🐾

I’ve never owned one that wasn’t a water dog.
Roux is no different.
Emily is warming her up to dock diving with a splash pad. 🤣

Someday those ears will stand. But for now they only stand when he’s upside down…. Which is more often than you would think. 🤣

Creed, 5 months old.

Bit of a program update:

1). Still no puppies until fall. The absolute earliest would be a September born litter pending heat cycles and some other things I have going on.

2). Pups offered on full rights will be limited and with a slightly different process. All puppies will go to their new homes on limited registration when they leave my home. Transfer to full rights registration will happen at 2 years of age with proof of completed health testing, current vaccines, and temperament testing.

I don’t let many go on full rights currently, but these changes are in an effort to mitigate people breeding a dog from my program before they are old enough to complete health clearances.

This also allows me to build a a relationship with those looking to use a dog from my program in their own.

And most importantly, it lessens the risk for the new family. You aren’t tied into a puppy having paid for full registration just to have the dog get to be 2 years old and not be a good candidate for breeding for whatever reason.
And if that scenario ever did happen, returning the dog to me is always an option.

With that said, if you have submitted an application and indicated you want full rights or you were considering it in the future - full rights are still available but we need to have a conversation about what that looks like.

Website will be updated in the next few days.

- Lindsay and the Dingos

May ruffle some feathers with this post, but 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I have received an increasing number of messages and emails from people looking to breed their females.

First and foremost - I am not a gatekeeper. You want to get into dog breeding and do it the RIGHT way for the RIGHT reasons, I’m all for it.
Welcome to the chaos.
Please enjoy the ride.

If you’re doing it because you love your female and want one her of puppies or think it’s a way to generate a quick buck… please don’t waste my time.

I do stand my stud dogs to outside females. But I have requirements. Because anything that I am going to put my name on is going to meet my standards. Period.

Females must be AKC or ASDR registered.
Females must have genetic panel testing done.
Females must have BAER hearing testing done.
Females must have OFA scores on elbows.
Females must have OFA or PennHip scores on hips.
Females must be tested for Brucellosis and Canine Herpes Virus.
You must provide adequate photos and temperament eval of the female.
At. A. Minimum.

You cannot imagine the number of people who simply ask “how much is the stud fee” and when I respond asking for the above information… 🦗🦗🦗

The time, facilities, and money that raising puppies the right way takes is not for the faint of heart.
It is EXPENSIVE. I’m happy to show you my records. 😳
It takes a piece of your soul.
And you better damn well be prepared to loose that momma dog.
You also better be able to accept that females are never the same after they have a litter. They change.
You also best be prepared to take every single one of those puppies back at 6 months old if the home doesn’t work out.

So anyways.
You bet. I’m happy to discuss a potential breeding.
But please either be prepared, or willing to learn and complete the necessary steps.

Cue awkward teenager phase. 🤣

Chris Creeks Twisted Conviction, Creed.
4 months old.
Doesn’t quite look like a baby anymore. Still waiting on those ears. 🤣
Has a pretty solid recall. Sit. Down. Stay. Here.
Doing well on leash around the livestock.
SMART dog. Wants to please. Plenty of bite.
Looking forward to getting him out on some camp trips this year.

Sneak peek for Emily of 6 month old Australian Cattle Dog, Roux!

Emily says, “I'm the guardian of Roux, which means I'm sharing her with her Breeder, Lindsay at Twisted L Cattle Dogs in Stanley, Iowa.

Roux is a special pup for all of us, her call name ‘Roux’ means a blend of red and browns, and her registered name is ‘Twisted L's Something in the Orange,’ these names worked together perfectly, reminding us that even though 2023 was an extremely challenging year for so many of us, that there's hope, and fresh chances out there. Now Roux herself is my rhinestone wearing, glitter covered, football player. She's glitz and glamor, and a brute who can't stay out of the water. I can't wait to see what she grows into!”

Show some love to this beautiful, fun girl!😍

Pictured is an exhausted Creed. 🤣

We spent ALL weekend outside.
And for as much time that he spends on a leash learning manners. He spends just as much time off leash just being a dog.

So here’s my plug for unstructured play time.
Wear those puppies out. 🖤
