Hey everyone. We’re doing good over here on my birthday. These hard working stones are getting cleaned, charged and activated together. A day in the sun; a way of taking an inventory of my stones and my life. And a prayer for all living things. We all have special powers on our birthday. Between me and said powers and the central stone in this grid (the boss), we are doing a ton of work over here. We’re just getting started. I have so many more to add to this 16 pointed star. ⚡️🪨. An oracle woman once saw that I had lived many lifetimes with crystals 💎 in China. She nailed it. I knew. She then said, “Sarah, if this is who you are, you have to meet Mr. Fred.” He lived a private life in Waynesville. And - that I must go.
I drove out to Waynesville to meet Mr. Fred and upon pulling up to his remote house in the mountains, he came out greeting me with a giant smile on his face. He was very tall, wore glasses 🤓 and had a very kind face and eyes.
He said that he knew I would come. He had been waiting for this soul to come, and it was me. He said he had something to show me and led me up a path that winded around his house. It opened up into this huge grassy field and meadow. Mr. Fred pointed to a big pile of boulders 🪨 taller than him, stacked up like a pyramid.
We walked around what must have been this 12-foot pile and then… my world changed.
Mr. Fred faced me out to the giant meadow, and with his long pointy finger, showed me another giant pile of boulders in the distance. Then another. And another. The pattern came into sight. This pile of boulders we were standing by was ONE of the grid points on this giant spiral shaped grid that covered acres of land! 🤯 My eyes tracked the spiral 🌀and my jaw dropped!
See, Mr. Fred was told in a sacred inner vision that he was to build a sacred site in the Shining Rock Wilderness of North Carolina. Shining Rock is a sacred site made by Mother Earth herself, and a sacred place to the Cherokee people. It’s an amazing site that has a great connection with cosmic influences. Mr. Fred’s grid was built in alignment with it.
As Mr. Fred was finishing that grid, and the energy of it started to lock in, supernatural occurrences on his land began. He began to see spiritual and metaphysical beings gathering in the grid.
Imagine being a part of this ancient and future technology in your own life. You can! I have done it myself and I am a simple person, just like Mr. Fred.

Are crystal grids just for looks? 🤔 Is it a crystal grid if you arrange a few random crystals in a pattern? What constitutes a crystal grid anyways and why do we make them? Consider this your mini-lesson into gridwork… ⬇️
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I am passionate about gridwork and could go on and on about it. But I know that for many of you, you are just beginning to become aware of this way of working with stones and crystals and have lots of questions. So let’s get into it!
What is gridwork? Gridwork in one word is CONSCIOUSNESS. Gridwork is about tapping into the Oneness to make things come alive. In layman's terms, gridwork is an ancient art form where we create specific arrangements - using sacred geometry - of stones and crystals to amplify energy for a set intention. Crystal grids can be small, created on your kitchen table, or large using big boulders in a field. They can be made indoors or outdoors. And they can be made using an array of different stones and crystals.
We create crystal grids to…
🌐 Co-create reality with the earth
🌐 Create connection to our home, spaces, and land
🌐 Heal, open and partner with Nature
🌐 Amplify our prayers
🌐 Materialize our intentions
🌐 And most importantly, to raise our level of consciousness!
Another way to think about it is this… Have you ever walked into a church or temple or other sacred space and really felt like something was ALIVE in there? Like something was breathing around you and you could just feel the living presence? The reason that these places feel so alive is because the people who built these sites knew the immense power of gridwork. They knew how to tap into this source energy of the Oneness. And when we tap into this Oneness we are reminded that we are all part of this one living system.
We tap into something greater than ourselves and then source that back to us. With gridwork we’re seeking that aliveness, that living presence that connects us all.

I was just talking with my friend, Sibi, from India.
He was telling me about the consecration of temples in India. 🛕 He’s been witness to many of these consecration ceremonies all over India since he was a boy.
The Hindu cultures are masterful at the invocation of Divine energy. They just might be the most knowledgeable of all cultures across time. 💫
Many of their temples are alive.🌱 They are living, breathing (really), conscious, sentient life forms.
Many of their sacred statues are alive as well.
In India, I have stood before statues in temples that were fully alive. ⚡These were some of the most mystical moments of my life.⚡
This spiritual technology is thousands upon thousands of years old.

So, I’m sitting here with my partner Caroline (pictured here) who is actually doing some work next to me at our kitchen table. We never do this! It’s kind of fun. Usually we are in our little offices. 📓
Caroline is a ceremonialist, a meditation teacher, an energy healer, 🙏 and a skilled spaceholder.
She’s the person in our house who lights the candles 🕯️🕯️🕯️ on our home altar every morning. She lights the incense and opens the day for us, our home, and our animals (aka the babies [dogs] and the kitties).
She holds a lot of small groups for ceremonies, healings, and meditations. She’s here in service of the rise of the Divine Feminine. 🌹
She always reminds me that when we nurture our spaces, we nurture 💫 Divine Light.

Nurturing comes from the gooey center of the heart. 💖 It’s very tender, it’s patient, it’s kind, it’s very present, and it understands that the small things are very important.
Maybe it’s how you set up little arts and craft dates with your kids. 🎨 Maybe it’s how you infuse tulsi or ginger into your tea. 🍵 Maybe it’s how you wash your car over and over and make sure it’s interior is flawless, free of even one dog hair. 🚗

A school with ancient & sacred information on stones and crystals...
Like a crystal held up to the light and turned facet by facet, many Masters have encoded this body of knowledge with their own unique discoveries.
The teachings reach back to Taoist visionaries such as priestess Lady Wei (252-334), first matriarch of the Upper Clarity lineage. They are also touched by the Father of Stone Medicine, Ge Hong (283-343), and include some of the many formularies of the prolific writer and healer, Sun Si Miao (581-682).
Today, the teachings reach us via the oral tradition of an 88th generation Taoist priest of the Jade Purity lineage, Jeffrey C. Yuen. The transmissions are held up to the light once again through myself in my ongoing studies and daily practice. They also reflect the contributions of hundreds of my students, who have been immersed in the modern-day practice of stone medicine.
Herbalists, healers, creators of sacred space, acupuncturists, geologists, ceremonialists, geomancers and all others who honor the Earth are invited to meet these teachings and the enduring spirit that carries them through time.
