This past Saturday our Garden Group met up at last Milpitas Farm and participated in an amazing Tamal making workshop run by two members of the collective. Thank you to these knowledgeable women for sharing their skills, time, and medicine with us. We also got the largest harvest from our plot to date and got to use the swiss chard we grew for our tamal masa!
If you are QTBIPOC and live in so-called Tucson, we invite you to join our garden group meetings. This Saturday we will be back at the plot for a farm workday. 🧑🏽‍🌾🌱

Join Kindred Connections Collective and for our Second annual Trans Day of Remembrance hosted at YWCA’s House of Neighborly Service Monday Nov. 20 from 430-830pm! Come support Tucson’s QTBIPOC community and enjoy a night of performances, vendors, healing services, a community altar, and an interactive mural led by Mel Dominguez! The event is free and all ages!

We’re starting up our garden group meetings again! Join us the first Saturday of every month for plant chats, snacks and community. We also have a community plot we are excited to share with everyone! Want to join and learn more? DM us for meeting location and more info.

Submission of paintings & illustrations no larger than 16in. x 20in. and small sculptures will be accepted.

Submissions due 10/12/23. Artists accepted to the show will be announced 10/16/23.
Art pieces selected will be available for sale during the art exhibition 11/3/23 - 12/3/23.

• HRT syringes
• winter wellness kit including items like teas, cold care, & immuno support community rooted wellness practitioners
