Imagine
The lotus is pretty impressive. For example, its leaves repel water through air trapped in their pores, a natural design that has inspired synthetic waterproof materials found on ship hulls, raincoats, and other fabrics. Meanwhile, the elegant lotus flower is one of the few flowers that can regulate its own temperature. And then there are the seeds, which so are hardy they can last for many, many years under the right conditions—the oldest germinated lotus came from a 1,300-year-old lotus fruit found in a lakebed in northeastern China.

You Don’t Need Religion To Have Morals “You don’t need religion to have morals. If you can’t determine right from wrong, you lack empathy, not religion.”
Release the need to 'do' and embrace the art of simply 'being' in the present moment.
Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and immerse yourself in the serenity of meditation.
Allow its magic to unfold and transform your life from within.

I do honestly think that if women were running the world there would be more investment in peace, because basically as women we do not want to see our children killed. Maybe I am completely idealistic, but until we see women in equal positions of power in the world, I just think that we are doomed.
