What did YOU do this morning? I was getting jiggy on a mountain top, while the sun was rising! So beautiful and contagious! I want to do this every morning!

Sarah's Tuesday Training Tip: Strength training is HUGE, literally speaking that is. Lifting weights can help you in the long run (no pun intended)... Strengthening your glutes, hamstrings, core and hip flexors are all great muscles to focus on as a runner. It will reduce injuries and make you faster overtime. Try it out!
