Meet the ODN Europe Board – David Nicholson has spent over 20-years supporting people and organisations, helping them through reflective practice to build deeper relationships and encourage different conversations so that they can see beyond their own view of the world.

He has worked internationally as an internal practitioner and an external consultant, across a range of sectors including engineering, financial services, manufacturing, and education. He’s a director at Levati, an OD and Leadership Development consultancy firm, and also holds a board position with Unlimited Theatre, an international arts organisation
