So here I am at 6 or 7 yrs, 16 or 17 and below at 33. JK, that's the amazing . I loved having spent the past year exploring several different workout programs At.my.house.! Thanks to beachbody ondemand- (this is not a commercial but it's what I do to keep healthy besides eating.) I have done 21 day fix for a couple months, 21 day fix extreme for several months, PIYO interspersed for balance, 22 minute hard corps for 60 days and currently I'm on week 5 of turbofire. My fav part is working out at home for 40 mins tops, some programs use weights, some don't, some are more cardio, some are yoga and Pilates, there is something for everyone. And it's at the tip of your fingertips. Turbo fire is really striking my choreography loving mind and working my body in more ways weighted lunges and rows have ever done. Every body is different so find what works for you!
