The Revival Shed
Do you want a some furniture or wall art for your house that you just wont EVER find in a shop ? Then come and have a look and we can see what we can do.
I much prefer to upcycle, re-use and re-imagine things wherever possible and most of what you will see in here is a gallery of some of my previous projects that I have either made. Now I have full access to the local makerspace and their workshop facilities, so any size of table, bed, desk, whether its Hand Made, CNC milled, Laser engraved or epoxy resined, then YOUR IMAGINATION IS YOUR ONLY LIMIT
I'm selling my Epoxy Resin coin table
With the use of a digital SLR camera, my grandads lens from his old canon 35ml SLR, some settings tinkering, a remote control thingy and the help/guidance of a friend, I can now FINALLY take a proper pic of my glow in the dark coin dining table and the plasma effect.
Another floating desk made from wood that was being disposed of. This is replacing my dads flat pack style computer table, so gone is the cluttered messy corner, and in comes this.
Frankly it's just a much cooler place to work at 😂
The awesome facilities at Make Gosport are a great place to be creative in, which means I can make things quicker and with more specialist effects and personalisations. So if you'd like a desk upgrade too, then come and give me a shout.
When you find a bag of old taps kicking about?
Yep, turn them into coat hooks.
My favourite place.......
One happy young lad with his new bedroom worktop. All ready for many hours of playing with his favourite toys. Good times!
If you'd like me to make you a table or worktop for a specific space or style, feel free to come and chat !
The happy moment seeing my new business cards and flyers arriving just before I go out to install a custom desk for someone ☺️
Having a practice with some rubber to make some branding stamps
Some of my favourite song lyrics laser engraved into wood. What lyrics would you have in yours?
A little throwback from a little project a few years ago with a space saving Christmas tree made from reclaimed laminate floorboards.
Another home working floating desk finished off, and I must admit, I'm a bit jealous it's not for me !! However it's a great use of such a tight corner plus allowing space for a pull out bed too.
If you'd like me to make you a cool place to work at, please feel free to give me a shout and we can see where some imagination leads.
Custom laser engraved signs made from recycled wood now available.
I cost them according to size and complexity (lasers cost a lot to run) photo's are also potentially available, but this example would be about £40 and is burnt into the wood by roughly 3mm.
I can now use a laser to create custom made signs. And in this case, I have a rather small kitchen in my house so I think a cheeky quote by Shakespeare is perfect.
THE KITCHEN.
Though she be but little, she is fierce.
If there is something you'd like made up for you or a pressie, come and get in touch.
Custom gin shelves available.
How many bottles and glasses do you need on yours?
This one has space for 4 of those REALLY big gin glasses on (just so you know the scale, and of course you can't put a G&T in a small glass 🤣🤣)
When you don't like your plastic knife racks, what do you do? Make a knife rack out of them.
Another adventure with Epoxy resin is finished off, and I think this is literally the most apt coffee table possible with one of 5 reclaimed solid oak coffee table tops that were in use at a Costa coffee, and given it a liberal sprinkle of my sort of imagination.
So.... With some carving out to create a nice recess, I've stained the oak with coffee, filled it with coffee beans and of course, a nice amount of epoxy resin.
There is also a beer element to the table too as the base is made from a beer barrel.
If you're interested, then come and give me a shout.
As one of my recent experiments with Epoxy resin, this modified table (with 4 matching chairs that fit underneath), have been re-imagined with glow in the dark epoxy resin between a surface of 2p coins and then finished with a clear high quality resin.
It's a fantastic centre piece that draws eyes and fingers to it.
Plus it's also fairly epic to sit in the dark around it sharing a bottle of wine and a chat. (Just a shame it's almost impossible for me to get a picture of the amazing plasma like glow).
It's currently for sale, so if you're interested, just give me a shout.
