Usually Monday mornings I post about the weekends events. Saturday we were invited by the Greater Lowell Gryphons to serve at their football games
What was to be delicious food and lemonaide offerings,turned into the worst possible day. We had a propane explosion which pretty much destroyed my beautiful Food Bus. I cannot possibly thank all the people who came running to help my daughter Haley and I. All of the Lowell Police, Firemen, Paramedics, and nurses who were attending the game who got me off to Lowell General quickly. I especially want to give a shout out to a young lady, Lexy Medeiros who stayed by my side reassuring me everything would be okay. She truly is my hero🩷
Haley and I are fine. Just some minor burns.
Time to roll up our sleves and rebuild
