Happy Monday Everyone!!
Hey Everyone!
I don't know if any of you have read the Go Giver book, but it's ideology of giving and helping others, really resonated with us.
So much so, that Christina and I wanted to start a Realtor GROWTH Networking Group.
You maybe asking what this all involves, but the concept is clear... Learning and Growing with other like-minded colleagues/Realtors (on a once a month basis).
There's no catch, no recruitment, no cost (even with having an on-staff coach, Team CNE) and we're limiting the amount of sponsors/vendors on purpose. Since, we're here to grow, build value and share ideas... Not be bombarded with business cards and sales pitches.
So, if you would like to attend, please reach out! All experience levels are welcomed, even if you haven't passed your test yet. haha
Sponsorships available for future events, reach out if you'd like to learn more.

1916 Sears catalog home. They shipped the entire house to you by railroad car. Sears was like Ikea before Ikea.
Friends and family would come from all around to help the owner build it.
Most were built in New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Sears sold more than 70,000 mail-order homes between 1908 and 1940. Some enthusiasts estimate that about 70% of Sears houses are still standing today.
Sears provided building plans and specifications, along with the lumber and any other materials needed. The shipment included everything from nails, screws, and paint to prebuilt building parts, such as staircases and dining nooks.
What kind of Monday would it be without phone issues?
Please be patient with us this morning, we are doing our best to get our phone lines up in running.
In the meantime, feel free to reach out to us via email or cell phone number if you have it :)
Thank you!
Cheers to the weekend and happy homeowners🏡
It is never too early to teach them the importance of choosing the right title company 🏡
Our Story
In the early 1970’s, while working as a Legal Assistant, Carole Milan, our founder, discovered some unethical practices taking place in the law firm that employed her. Ultimately, she would be the State’s witness against that firm and as such, was forced into rethinking her career.
The experience she had with that law firm formed the foundation of a business focus that would drive Carole’s career decisions for the remainder of her working days. From her licensing as a Realtor in 1976, to her transition into the title industry as a settlement officer in 1989, to the formation of Key Title in 2000, Carole remained true to two principals: First, run your business with the utmost integrity, and second, treat your employees and your clients like family.
Carole always had a passion for good business and the life-long relationships it formed as well as a knack for growing things. When her business partners in Key Title wanted out, she took on the company by herself and, encouraged by her husband Roy, grew it from a staff of four in 2002 to over a dozen employees in 2014.
“A business owner must continually evaluate what is in the best interest of the company… I decided it was time to seek a new owner. There were multiple interested buyers, but I was not in a hurry and I was determined to find a new owner that would maintain the culture of integrity in a family-like work environment. That was accomplished on April 1, 2014, when ownership transferred to Steve Harker, a Harford County resident and attorney. Under (their) expertise, Key Title continues to be a very successful title company.” (Carole Milan)
