OLYMPIAMARATON HIENO KOKEMUS HYRYLÄISELLE

Anne-Mari Hyryläinen oli 51:s Rion olympiamaratonilla ajalla 2:39:02. Tilastoihin verraten hän juoksi omalla tasollaan. Suomalainen lähti matkaan joukon 49. parhaan tilastoajan omaavana.

"Oli hurja keli. Sen huomasi lopussa kuinka vauhti hidastui, m***a se tsemppasi kun sieltä tuli muita selkä edellä vastaan. 25 kilometrin kohdalla oli vatsaongelmia. Ne helpottivat kun sain valmentajalta (Simo Wannas) kahdesti lääkettä.

"Olympialaiset oli kokonaisuutena hieno kokemus, ei vaan juokseminen täällä, myös valmistautuminen kisaan ja leirit.

"Yllättävän paljon oli suomalaisia reitillä. Nyt kahden ja puolen viikon loma Nauvon saaressa ja sitten vuoristo-opasreissu Georgiaan ja sen jälkeen jatkuu harjoittelu. Toivottavasti olen mukana ensi vuoden MM-kisoissa Lontoossa."
