Wellness with Marc
Hello! I’m Marc Almodovar. I’m a life and wellness coach, co author and advocate looking to help individuals with ADHD and anxiety overcome limiting beliefs.
Welcome to my page!
I got to see Piece by Piece today with friends and just wow…
I remember when my Dad first introduced me to The Neptunes and played me the song “Rockstar” by N.E.R.D. and being blown away and years later, P giving me the external affirmation that it’s okay to be me through his music.
The film is filled with laughs and moments that’ll make one (like me) tear, and soundtrack full of classics. Plus it’s told through Lego and the visuals are just amazing.
This one is a must see. ❤️
🚨 REDEFINING MASCULINITY PANEL @ 🚨
As a society, there’s no doubt that we have to change the way we approach Men’s mental health and some of the ideologies of what it means to be a man.
A world where Men’s mental health is supported and encouraged is a world that doesn’t just benefit men, but benefits everyone.
I’m so excited to share this powerful discussion with you all.

Flawed work can change the game.
As cringe as I sound in my first ever piece of video content on YouTube, I’m proud of myself for doing it.
Had I never put that video out, I would have never been doing the work that I get to do now that impacts so many.
