Lizz Mears' My Rainbow Academy is a a wonderful new resource in enabling women to find their Soul Purpose and live their Dreams, on their OWN terms! I've suffered with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder since i was diagnosed aged 11, back in 1991. I've been in and out of institutions my whole teenage life and my early 20's. I'm now in control and living my life how I want to. I still have days when the
depression bites and the OCD rears its ugly head, but, you know what? I've come this far and I'm already living a life that at one point did not feel or seem possible! My children have taught me a lot about life and what is important, they've shown me that I'm an amazing soul who is doing her best! I've created a mini free course for you to start learning who you are and where you want to go in life, whilst learning to cope and live with mental health problems. I am not a doctor, a psychiatrist or anything of the sort. I am one hippy mum who has been to the depths of despair several times and has been able to move forward and enjoy my life!
