We are excited to begin our 2024-25 term of service. Our first board meeting was a hybrid meeting, on Zoom and in-person. Members in SoCal met at the USC Alumni Assoc. office and visited the Veterans Resource Center on campus.
We’re very excited to get started and will keep you updated here. Fight On!

Happy Summer! It was a true honor to serve as Chair of AVN this past year. We accomplished so much and had a great time doing it!

It's basketball season!! Gather with fellow alumni on Saturday, January 27 for a night full of connections and cheering as we support our Trojans beat the Bruins!

Join the USC Young Alumni along with USC Half Century Trojans and USC Alumni Veterans Network for a pre-game reception at McKay's, two hours before tip off. Tickets are on sale now and include pregame appetizers and a hosted drink.

Alumi that register for the pre-game reception will also receive a link to purchase discounted game tickets. Game tickets are in sections 217-219 and will be $55 each ($20 discount).

On Sunday, December 7, 1941, around 7:55 am, hundreds of Japanese fighter planes and submarines attacked the United States naval base of Pearl Harbor.

At precisely 7:58 am, a warning on the radio surprised the entire fleet at Pearl Harbor- "Air raid, Pearl Harbor! This is no drill! This is no drill!"

In just over an hour, the surprise attack destroyed or damaged more than 300 aircraft and 19 Navy ships, including 8 battleships. More than 2,400 Navy personnel and civilians died and over 1,100 were injured.

President Franklin D Roosevelt called it “a date that will live in infamy,” and declared war on Japan the following day, on December 8. Three days later, Japan's allies Germany and Italy declared war against the United States. Thus, the United States entered World War II.
