Hello!! I’m very excited to share what we’ve created with all of you on HTTPS://WARECO.INFO

wareco started out with an armchair I made for a friend, inspired by a director’s chair. Working on them in Negros Island between my craftsman’s home in Dumaguete City and a backyard workshop in Bacolod City. The collection grew in parallel to that one piece until we created eight pieces. We wanted most of the pieces packable and can be reassembled so you can easily bring us from your current home to your future ones. The finish of each individual piece is unique as I personally work on them.

I hope you enjoy our first wareco collection as much as we had fun making them. If you do decide that you want them to be part of your homes, please use the order form linked on each product page. Pre orders are open from September 24 to October 15 and will be available for delivery by mid December.

Kapayas finish
This finish is inspired by the colors produced by mature (gulang) bamboo/kawayan.

Papang, the painter who did this finish kept referring to this as unripe papaya/kapayas.

Hardware
Stainless steel motorcycle rods are placed on the legs to keep the bends in place when disassembled into two parts. A fabricated bolt we’ve designed joins the two parts of the base together.
