Annual Hockey Tourney at "The Lot"

Everyone loves St Patrick's Day. So this year to continue the fun following all the festivities the weekend after, March 22 23 and 24 we will have another tournament! So let's start getting teams together and get this thing rolling! Food, booze, hockey and good times. Many more details to come!

$1200 team entry
$600 deposit due by December 15

Thank you for everyone coming out for a successful weekend! Couldn't do it without you all! Can't wait for the next one! May be sooner than a year... many more pics will be posted!

Tee times are booked for Friday morning at Blue Hills. 8:26 is the first and 3 more follow. Head count is 16. We will play a little 2 man captain choice to make it fun and interesting! I'll have everyone paired up. Will be a good time!

About that time for teams to please get the rest of your money in asap! Also please send me team names for teams that have not done that yet so schedule can be made soon.
Remember hotels can only be booked at the block rate under star city hockey tournament by the 31st of this month. It's set at 159 a night for a room with 2 queen beds at the Hampton Inn downtown Roanoke.

Also the party for the Saturday night at Awful Arthur's downtown will be catered! So come hungry. That will start while games are wrapping up that evening. So looking at either 7 or 8.

Wanted to thank everyone who has gotten money in. For those who haven't please start working on that and atleast get me rosters. Trying to get a rough head count and team count. Things are shaping up already!

As every year we do a golf outing Friday morning before we get started. So if I can get names of people for that so I can book tee times. Thinking we can go to Blue Hills this year! So please let me know!

Update! Tournament on Friday June 30 July 1 and 2nd at The Lancerlot will be $1300 per team and teams capped at 15 skaters plus goalie. Deposits of $650 due by April 15 and the rest by May 15. And rosters in asap so schedules can be figured out in advance. Venmo Payments to -Lavoie-1

Formats are about the same as years past.
3 game guarantee and a forth for top 2 teams in each bracket.
3- 12 min stop clock periods.
Run clock after a team is up by 5 goals.
2 points for a win, 1 point for a tie. No tie breakers.
Modified hybrid icing.
Usa hockey rules for everything else.
A, B, and C brackets.

As always Kegs will be provided and snacks. There will be lunch provided on Saturday at noon and a get together Saturday night at Awful Arthur's downtown Roanoke! Start time will be around 7 as games are wrapping up that evening. Will check into a block of rooms with discount rates at the Hampton in downtown Roanoke for out of town teams or if anyone just wants to stay closer to the action!

A B C brackets championship for each on Sunday

$1,200 per team capped at 15 players 1 goalie per team

$600 due by May 1st and full payment by June 1st
But of course the sooner the better.
