Quirky designs for modern times! I’m a Leicester-based illustrator/artist. Love a good play on words and having a bit of fun with designs.
Can’t see what you want? Get in touch, I’m available for commissions on custom art, Business logos and more.
Fixer-upper.
Following on from the cover for ’s Rendezvous (enough with the questions about the van now, yeah? 😂) I introduce to you the cover for Heartbreak Hotel!
I’m really pleased with how this turned out, especially the sky, and the run-down Art Deco vibes of the hotel!
Treat yourselves to a listen!
For all of those asking about my inspiration behind the van (literally nobody has asked this), yes it is inspired by the mk2 Ford Transit!
Adding a bit of retro and oldskool, and character you might say.
I’m very, very pleased to share my latest collaboration…with Hannah Woof - the cover for HW’s banger, Rendezvous, which is out today!
Taking inspiration from the track’s first line, swipe to see the original concept sketch. Nothing really changed in the final version…apart from the finger! 😂
Neil Buchanan would be proud 😂
An XL canvas screaming for some paint!
If you’re relatively new to Leicester, you might not have noticed this tower, or know the history behind it.
The building opposite that houses Marks and Spencer, Superdrug and the new Tesco Metro store sits on the site that used to be Lewis’s department store (not to be confused with John Lewis).
Demolished in the 1990s, this tower on the west side of the site is all that remains of the original Lewis’s building.
Art deco in design, you’d be hard pushed to spot it was built decades before the rest.
Lewis’s was a popular department store, particularly at Christmas time where I remember going to see Father Christmas as a kid!
I’d recommend a quick Google for ‘Lewis’s Leicester’ if old photos and fond memories are your thing.
When I heard my buddies at Cookies & Whoopies had a Cherry Bakewell cookie, this idea is all I could think about! 😂
Yesss, yes - I know I’m late to the Schitts Creek train, BUT do you spy a certain dog poster behind that door frame?!
My product placement investment is going well 😉
The National Space Centre, yo!
Possibly one of Leicester’s most recognisable landmarks!
Housing rockets, interactive exhibits and general museum stuff, I remember having a go at being a weather presenter a while back…need to add that to my LinkedIn actually.
This shot was taken from the lesser-seen canal side of the plot. Reminds me of one of those bubble jackets a bit?

It’s definitely feeling like summer today! Let’s celebrate with a new ! ☀️
Until recently, this building was known by the whole of Leicester as Fenwick.
But following a lot of building work during that pandemic, the boards came down to reveal The Gresham Aparthotel!
Having a large footprint, this image focuses on the stately bay windows, and gable attic feature.
