Od jakiegoś czasu zaczęłam się świetnie bawić wymyślając w biegu różne dania i zastanawiam się, czy ktoś byłby zainteresowany czytaniem tych mega prostych przepisów 🙈

Retrogradacja Merkurego była dla mnie intensywna na prawie każdym polu. W pracy i na uniwersytecie, finansowo i duchowo, i nawet w domu i wśród przyjaciół, czułam że jestem poddawana sprawdzianom. Na szczęście zrobiłam to co powinnam i zamiast się poddawać, wyciągnęłam wnioski, lekcje, i wyznaczyłam nowe plany. Chociaż brakuje mi trochę sił fizycznie, to w głowie mam wizję która jest jaśniejsza tylko i wyłącznie dlatego, że przeszłam przez kolejne trzęsienie ziemi 🙈

🇬🇧Have you been going through major changes in your life recently? The Mercury retrograde was so intense for me in almost all fields in my life: university and work, spirituality and finances, and even in my own home and friendships. I’ve felt like I was constantly being tested. I’m so grateful that I wasn’t just standing by, and did what I could: I learned the lessons, realized what are the causes and set new plans for the future. Although sometimes I feel like I’m lacking physical energy, now I see my vision loud and clear, and it’s just because I’ve gone through the much needed shake ups 🙈

Yes, it’s not very healthy, but it’s deffo better for you than consuming ground dead bodies in a wrapper 😳 I love having such options because they cater for people who have just stopped eating meat and are looking for replacements, as well as anyone who’s already made the change but is just craving the taste! We don’t go vegan cause we hate animal products, we just hate how they make them. So let’s skip the murder part and enjoy the sausages please 😻 what are your thoughts on vegan mock meats? 🇬🇧: I got totally sick. Don’t know how and when, but I’ve been hallucinating, sneezing like crazy and craving soup (like I do when I’m not well). This one is so easy I couldn’t believe how GOOD it came out! No gelatine, no agar agar, no nonsense😍. You can skip the oil to make it !
I love this method cause it allows you to use any fruit that’s already a bit mushy and would’ve landed in the bin otherwise 🍓🍓🍓

1. Melt a spoon of coconut oil on a small heat (or skip this part)
2. Add strawberries (I used around 1.5cup bc. they were going soft)
3. Fry until they start breaking down
4. Add a little water (3 tbsp? More? Up to you) to make it more absorbable for the chia seeds
5. Add some agave syrup (1 splash was enough for me but feel free to add lots more!)
6. Add your chia seeds - 4tbsp or more
Take off from gas and cover so the steam does the work 💁🏻♀️

So if you’re ever tempted to buy that chopped mango pod because it’s too hard to do it yourself, remember that all you need is a ripe fruit, a knife, and a glass in order to make it easier than the fancy dicing 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💁🏻♀️

Made from leftover “worlds healthiest food” - lentils 😻 incredibly easy to pass as meat and amazing source of protein, fibre, folate and magnesium.

I love cooking with brown lentils because they are very versatile and you can make them taste like anything 😻 in this case, mince!

Recipe:
•cook a bag of pasta (or more, don’t limit yourself)
•Fry a big onion until it gets soft, then add s**tloads of garlic (3?4? Who am I to stop you?)
•fry for a little bit longer but don’t burn the garlic(I did but it’s ok)
•add two tins of tomato passata
•I like adding garlic salt, Italian herbs, lots of freshly ground pepper and oregano
•add your boiled lentils to the sauce and done 🤗🌱
The whole thing will take you like 20 min, feed you and others for two days and cost you less than £2 to make. TADA!

My glutes seem to be growing faster when I lift less heavy and do almost no cardio 🧐 it must also be because of my diet as I have been eating SO. MUCH. CARBS! 🐷

This has to change now, though. 😭I’m going to have less wheat and sugars and overall processed foods.
If you’ve been watching my story you might have noticed a f**k load of celery. Yes. I’ve joined the craze. 🙀I’ve been following celery juice cleanse in order to heal my eczema.

So far, it’s gotten worse 🤣🤣🤣 but I when I first went vegan, the detox effect was the same: first two weeks I looked horrible because of the toxins leaving my body. I’m positive that it is the same case right now. *scratching aggressively*

My Bestie is a huge foodie and always feels like eating. So when we meet up we either order some junk food or cook 👩🏽🍳

She’s been limiting meat consumption in her diet (GO WERONIKA! 🎉) so I gifted her my precious smoked tofu 🤤 and she came up with this!
_
I know these potatoes look super fancy, but it’s actually a meal 🥘!
All you need is a block of smoked tofu (£2), bag of potatoes (£1), spring onion (50p) and a regular onion (10p).
In total it’s less than £4 for 4 big portions - £1 per person!

Additionally (because we had munchies 🙈) we made a curry chickpea stew (super cheap and easy!) and some steamed broccoli stems. 🥦 swipe to check it out!

Recipe:
•Slice the potatoes very thinly but don’t cut them through, coat them in vegetable oil and salt (try garlic salt 🤤)
•bake for around 40 min 190 degrees
•dice the onion and fry it until it’s brown
•dice the tofu and add it to the onion and fry together until its crunchy (looks like bacon 🙀)
•you can add vegan cheese between the potato slices
•sprinkle with scallions
•eat like there’s no tomorrow 🤗
