Hearing one of my books come to life through the voice of a professional actor is a warming and satisfying experience. As odd as it is to say, when I heard Playing Jesus read by Richard Tensley I loved what I heard. Yes, they were my own words. But Richard also took ownership of those scenes and sensitively presented the intimate conversations between Paul Bailey and Jesus in a very believable way. At least … it worked for me. I hope it does for you too..
