Have you been diagnosed with TYPE 2 DIABETES by your physician? Do you want to contribute to research that may help others cope with type 2 diabetes?

Please take our completely anonymous online survey for those at least 18 years old. It can be completed online on your home computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. It takes from 30 to 45 minutes (or less, in many cases), and your donation of time* may help scientists and healthcare workers understand the relation between psychosocial factors and health.

For more information, visit: https://sites.google.com/site/CMUdiabetes/

*As a token of our appreciation, four (4) participants will be selected randomly out of all who complete the survey to be awarded $50. This drawing will take place after the conclusion of data collection.

PLEASE PASS THIS OPPORTUNITY TO ANYBODY WHO HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES!

THANK YOU!

Are you between the ages of 12 and 17? Do you have type 1 diabetes? You qualify to be a participant in a study on friendship. Though it is intuitive that your friends are important, research is limited on the subject. If you are interested in a 20-30 minute phone interview on friendship and diabetes, or want more information about the study, please contact Seth Schlisserman at [email protected]. You will be paid $20 for your time.
