The birth control pill shuts down ovulation—and this is not good for women’s health during their childbearing years.

It can sometimes feel impossible to take care of your health and do all the things you need to do for yourself when you’re a mother of young children.

But the worst thing you can do is overcomplicate it and completely give up because you don’t think you can accomplish everything on your health to-do list.

Keep it simple. Meet yourself where you are and challenge yourself accordingly.

Maybe start with just one 15-minute walk every morning or meal prepping once a week or lifting weights twice a week or simply eliminating seed oils.

Motherhood is the greatest motivator to take care of your health and set shining examples for your family on what it means to value your wellbeing. Embrace it as a driving force and use it as fuel to get yourself up every morning.

You don’t have to be a size 2. You don’t have to have a perfect figure. You don’t have to be at your exact pre-pregnancy weight. But you do have to prioritize your health and wellbeing, not only for your sake, but for your children’s too.

If you don’t know where to start, join my women’s group The Shift! We workout 3 times a week and we’re always doing health challenges. We’re currently doing a cardio challenge and our strength training challenge starts in a couple weeks. There are also many exclusive interviews about hormones, fertility, etc that you can use to help yourself prevent pregnancy naturally and track your menstrual cycle.

Link in bio to join us! We’d love to have you. All levels are welcome.

The pill has done more damage to women’s mental health than people like to admit.

Research (and common sense) also shows us that the pill causes longterm if not lifelong mental health issues for women who go on the pill as teenagers, before their body has had time to fully develop.

And yet doctors are handing out the pill to teens as if it’s candy.

The pill does not treat or heal menstrual issues. It only overrides your natural hormones (and thus your natural menstrual cycle) and replaces them with synthetic pseudo hormones.

There is a better way to prevent pregnancy and heal common menstrual issues.

We’re in the middle of a fertility series in my women’s group and I’ve done exclusive interviews with nutrition experts, holistic practitioners, a doula and more. Thursday night I’m doing an interview with an OBGYN. Many more interviews to come. All interviews are recorded if you miss the livestream.

We also do 2 weekly workouts together, health challenges (we’re doing a cardio challenge right now), recipe shares, and more.

Come learn what it means to take control of your body and your health—without pharmaceuticals.

Sadly, most conventional doctors wouldn’t even know how to properly discuss nutrition with their patients, especially if they need to heal a chronic illness.

When I speak about the conventional medical system, I always get people in the comments who somehow think this is a blanket bashing of all doctors. No.

But this is a call to realize that, sadly, many medical schools don’t educate doctors on nutrition and how to use diet as a tool to heal and mend the human body.

It’s no wonder so many people are in and out of the medical system for years and years without ever finding healing or recovery.

Thankfully there are doctors out there who are well educated on nutrition and can help their patients heal.

There are many other factors that contribute to your health, but nutrition is certainly a huge piece of the puzzle.

If you’re unsure of where to start and you’re trying to shed excess body fat in order to improve your health, I’ve got a resource that will help you get there.

DM me the word “nutrition” and I’ll send you a free crash course on nutrition. Yes, free!

Just DM me the word nutrition and nothing else 😁 just send: nutrition

The human body is amazing. It is capable of healing itself if we just give it the right tools.

That starts with what we eat.

Abortion is the hardest topic to tackle with people you love but disagree with. I used to avoid speaking about it online at all costs just to avoid the inevitable arguments, but I’ve become much more vocal about it since becoming a mom.

It pains me to think about how successful the mainstream narrative has been. Many were programmed to believe false information about pregnancy and abortion (and even healthcare and abortion). We’ve been desensitized to the cruelty of abortion and its original eugenic use. We’ve been told by our broken culture that it’s virtuous to sacrifice our children for material success.

Perhaps the saddest thing is that women have been convinced that the most self-destructing behavior is somehow the most empowering. They’ve been convinced to destroy their own lives, their own children, their own bodies—all in the name of empowerment and liberation.

I am anti-abortion because I love women and children. I believe in empowering women to know their bodies, know their cycle, and take responsibility for themselves. I believe women were designed for pregnancy, birth, motherhood (doesn’t mean you’re any less of a woman if you aren’t a mother), and more, and we are capable of incredible things that don’t require sacrificing our children.

I know there are a lot of women out there who are pro-abortion (“pro-choice”) by default. We’ve been told for so long that if you love women, you’re automatically “pro-choice.” And that’s that.

But I know many women would change their position and join our fight if they just knew how devastating and brutal the abortion industry is and how it preys on vulnerable women who deserve support and love, not butchery and exploitation.

Buckle up, my friends, because I will continue to speak out against abortion. Innocent human life is valuable and deserves the chance to live. I absolutely agree that many pregnant women need more resources and support, but the answer to that is not abortion. (That’s why conservative, religious individuals statistically donate the most time, money, energy to organizations that help mothers and families in need.)

Feel free to DM me with questions.

Where is the patriarchy that feminists claim to be oppressed by?

Our society constantly caters to women and their every need and desires. And yet so many women still play the victim card and claim to be unfairly held back by men and their evil schemes.

In just about every measurable category, women are doing better than men are.

Yes, men hold more wealth than women do and women are more likely to be sexually assaulted. But overall, nobody in their right mind can try to say that women are generally worse off than men are.

Men are actually the ones who need attention and care in our society. They’re dying in record high numbers from opioid overdose. They’re constantly berated and belittled for their natural masculinity.

It’s great to see women succeed, but it’s dishonest and disingenuous to keep pedaling an oppression narrative for attention.

“Why do you care so much??” Because I’m a normal, sane human being who cares deeply about protecting innocent children from predators and preserving the future of our society.

They will gaslight you. They will tell you it’s “weird” that you’re so invested in this.

That’s the game they play. They want you to be totally unfazed and just “mind your own business.”

If you saw a child was being exposed to po*******hy by an adult, you would call CPS and do whatever you could to protect that child from being gr0omed. But because political correctness has taken over our society and we have been hammered on the head to accept anything from the LGBT community, we’re too afraid to stand up against the degeneracy happening in front of our kids.

It ends when we say it does.
