This pickle is a firm favourite amongst you all! Are you one of my pickle addicts? How do you serve yours? Sandwiches, burgers, salads, platters?

Right now I'd have mine in a freshly made fish finger sandwich 🥪 whilst sitting on Margate beach ⛱ with my sandy toes in the sea 🌊 ❤ A girl can dream! Time to wash up 🤣

So I've been a little quiet on here... sometimes there is just too much for one woman to juggle & I just need to let something slide. BUT I assure you it is anything but quiet in the kitchen 🤣 You are all keeping me busier than ever THANK YOU 🙏

I WILL get better at posting some updates, especially when we get a bit more sunshine & this year's crops get going. It's coming....surely... I can feel it! 🤞☀️🙏

I can't wait to see you all this Easter Weekend ! There will be a huge selection of sweet & savoury preserves and pickles for you to choose from.

I love getting out to the festivals and seeing all your faces 😊 come and stock up on your faves. I might just have a few new varieties, the return of a favourite or two & some Easter specials!

After another round of cheese & and chutney, it was a gentle return to work today. The shelves are looking empty, which is no suprise after my busiest Christmas to date! Another HUGE thank you! 🙏

Be gentle with me for a week or so while I get cracking in the kitchen. I've got a LOT to do getting your favourites back on stock as well as a few new seasonal lines!

The last few weeks until Christmas! 🎄 My gift packs have been flying off the shelves, and it always makes me smile, thinking how many people will be opening one of my jars over the festive period. A HUGE heartfelt thank you for supporting small businesses like mine 🙏

Over 200 jars of Piccalilli & Pear went out early this morning to fill some amazing Christmas hampers🎄🎁🫙 I love thinking about how many households will have a jar of Karly's Kitchen on the table over the festive period 😊

From now, right up to the New Year things get kind of crazy so make sure you get your orders in early 🙏 Otherwise, we'll all be in a pickle!

Sweet potato & paneer curry in the sunshine. Served, of course, with my famous Lime Pickle for extra kick and Mango & Apple Chutney for sweetness.
