Premme was born out of a love of fashion and the recognition that the industry is still lacking when it comes to the wants and needs of plus size women. We believe babes of all sizes deserve bold, fashion-forward statement pieces without compromise. At Premme, we think that clothing should be about expressing your personality and having fun, not feeling limited by outdated (and frankly, boring) ru
les. Premme was founded by Gabi Gregg and Nicolette Mason, who met nearly a decade ago (on the internet, obvs), and bonded over their shared interest in fashion and feminism. They became fast friends as their career trajectories took eerily similar paths - both launching their acclaimed plus-size style blogs, working in tandem at Vogue Italia and Refinery29, and going on to secure contributing editor positions at InStyle and Marie Claire, respectively. Over the last 5 years, both Gabi and Nicolette have consulted for some of the world’s top brands and landed design collaborations with a bevvy of plus-size retailers, but there’s always been a lil’ something missing; they decided it was finally time to team up and address the wide open gaps in the market - realizing the only way they could truly actualize their vision was by doing it themselves. The two now live in Los Angeles - making their sartorial dreams come true (and hopefully yours, too) as the Co-CEOs, creative directors, and designers at Premme.
