✨El Salvador Lot #17 Finca Himalaya✨

This limited batch of direct trade coffee, sourced deep in the mountains of Finca Himalaya by our friend Mauricio Silvera. This micro-lot is something truly special.

The natural process used in the fermentation stages of the coffee’s lifecycle brings out flavors of honeydew, caramel, and cherry. 🍒

We’ve gotten to work with Mauricio for over 6 years, & every harvest brings something new to the table—but this one? It’s a MUST-TRY! 🤩

The genius behind this roast comes from Jose Humberto’s father, a seasoned agrochemist whose expertise laid the foundation. 🌿☀️

Buttttttt it’s Jose’s creativity & out-of-the-box thinking that turned tradition into something extraordinary. Together, they’ve crafted a secret family recipe—

—— using a “Yellow Catuai” variety of coffee plant, grown at over 5,200ft (the altitude benefits the flavor 🤓) in the small mountain town of Mataquescuintla, Guatemala.🇬🇹

For generations, the Humberto family has cultivated these beans, each one perfecting the process, making this roast a true masterpiece.

😍🍷Expect flavors like rich Merlot, a hint of oak, & the surprising sweetness of lychee. Grab a bag in store or online to spice up your home coffee routine ☕️
