One of the biggest new trends we saw at market was SHERPA!! It was everywhere!!
Nate….he’s always been one of my favorites! This is so true, and it goes for design AND organizing!
I keep this in mind when I’m designing for a client. It’s not my space, it’s theirs! It’s my job to learn about the client, what makes them tick, their likes and dislikes, what’s working for them and what’s not, and then use that information to create a beautiful, cohesive space tailored just for them!
A pantry with super cool doors, and a sweet little ones closet all finished and organized today!
It’s usually where things go to die. 🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️
Can’t believe I did this!! I know better!! Don’t do it!! Learn from my mistakes!
My very favorite way to organize disposable ware for my clients! Share with a friend that needs some help in their kitchen!
If you still need a Father’s Day gift, grab a gift certificate! I can tackle his grilling area, closet, office, garage, etc!
We had a fun Memorial Day weekend, but it is not lost on me that we are able to enjoy weekends like this because of the men and women willing to lay it all on the line for our freedoms. We are forever grateful- thank you just never seems like enough!
Usually I go for the clear containers, but this client wanted gray and it turned out great!

Much better!
🤣 Y’all I’m seriously thinking about putting together a binder, or digital book, or something of the like with all the information. There is so much kid/family stuff that I take care of and my husband has no clue how it all comes together behind the scenes. Think of a planner/binder that the teacher leaves a substitute teacher….something along those lines, but from me to my husband just incase he ever needs it. Anyone else need a blank copy for your household???? 🤣
Well, this sweet 10 yr old client gave me a challenge! She wanted a lavender sink! The tiles on the mood board aren’t a true representation- swipe to see the IRL pictures!…and would you just look at that lavender sink! The flooring coordinates with her sisters’ bathrooms. 👌🏻
What do y’all think?? How’d I do??
Labels are everything! 😍🤓
Do you categorize & label??
The client had a challenge for me: 1) Make a beach house design with this white sofa and a chaise lounger 2) Make it flow with this restroom design (swipe to see- already done by another designer) 3) Make it beachy but not all just white and gray. ✔️
Bingo! 👌🏻
This is basically what I tell my clients….don’t let it overwhelm you! Just keep swimming. 😉
Swipe to see before! Never, ever underestimate the power of expandable drawer dividers!!
Raise your hand if you clean before your cleaning lady comes. 🙋🏻♀️
My client already had 90% of this done when I arrived. And her little girl was very excited to be my right hand man. 🤣 My schedule is getting fuller by the day. If she keeps this up, I might have to hire them. 🤣 I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again- I have THE best clients! 🥰
Styled By Haylies’s top 10 for 2021! Thank you, everyone, for being here and encouraging me with every single like, comment, share, and DM! Social media and technology aren’t really my wheel house, but here y’all are still pushing me along anyway! ❤️🥰😘
True. And once you start the process it’s like a domino effect…not just in organizing, but in many areas of your life.
Loved doing this bright, modern tree and mantle- works great with the client’s living room decor!

This is my Monday motivation…fluffy coffee in a to-go cup! Fueling up & heading out to organize a laundry room! I always have a coffee bar, but this Christmas I added a fun little hot chocolate station for the kids! ☕️🎄
Family ornament trees are so sweet to do! I got the basics ready on this tree so my client’s kids can hang the family ornaments from Christmases (and vacations) past. 🥰🎄🥰🎄
Decorated a sweet tree this morning for a family room! It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! 🎄
Miss Cayce's
This tree needed to work with theme of the room, but also be pretty for the wifey! 😉 I think it works perfectly! Pic #2 is the “before”. We headed to to add a little sparkle to it! 🎄
And come Jan., I will organize and pack away for the client! ✔️
Slide to see the before! This client wanted to freshen things up a little this year, so we headed to for some new ornaments! I was able to pull the look together using some of her old favorites as well as the pretty, new decorations- the best of both worlds! 🎄🎅🏼🎄
Gotta love some acrylic drawer dividers!! How satisfying is this transformation?! Swipe to see.
