Spiders don't like peppermint oil or vinegar, so use a combination of the two against them. Spray windowsills and entryways with a solution of 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1 1/2 cups water, and 20 drops of peppermint essential oil. (Eucalyptus oil purportedly works, too, but peppermint smells better don't you think?) :)
PS our new footcare system is infused with peppermint!

LOL!!! Oh, boy...dare I ask...

We all know the importance of self care, but sadly most of us (myself included) probably don't take it seriously enough. We are constantly caring for others' needs first, and it seems our needs are left on the back burner. One of my goals for 2017 is to be better about this. I know that I can't pour from an empty cup and I've got to take care of myself too!

One thing I love to do for myself is to pamper!! Right?! Who doesn't love that?! And my favorite way to do it, is with a little mani/pedi time. It was my favorite thing to do before Jamberry came into my life, and still is today!

P.S. Did you know that Jamberry is coming out with an exclusive new foot care system...developed with the most incredible essential oils! Yep...it's coming in March!!!!!! I can't wait! ;-)
