I am a proud wife and mother to 3 beautiful children. I love the spending time outdoors, (hiking and camping), and I am happiest when I am out on the softball field getting dirty. I am blessed to live the life I do, however I am no stranger to overcoming adversities. I almost lost my oldest daughter, now 27, to complications at birth and again after being run over by her school bus at the age of 5
. I faced the struggles of relocating my family and rebuilding my life after being left jobless and homeless following a major earthquake. And I have experienced two failed marriages, both when my children were younger and I quickly realized I needed to effectively communicate and co-parent for the benefit of my children. I believe it is a combination of all of these adversities that led me down the path of self discovery and ultimately to a career in coaching. My passion in coaching really took shape when I began working for a personal development company and volunteered as a coach for their 90 day leadership programs. Now I am a certified Life, Health and Mastery Coach with over 12 years experience working in and studying personal development. I specialize in helping men and women strengthen their mindset so they can unleash their inner power and maximize their results. Teaching them how to create positive change in their life, achieve goals, and find fulfillment faster and easier than ever imagined. As your coach we will break the cycle of “SHOULDing” on yourself.
