I have always been active, but after my daughter came into my life, I couldn't get the weight off.That was in part because I thought "good moms always put their kids first which means we are always last. I tried diets, personal trainers and gym memberships but the moment it got too hard or life got too bu
sy and stressful, I would stop, not feeling like I was worth it. I got to the point where I hurt, I was sad, I had no energy and I hated who I saw in the mirror. That was when I noticed a friend getting healthy and asked what she was up to. After our chat I joined her in her self care regime.This is a picture of me, 5 months into my fitness journey. It was work and not every day was awesome, I got results and I feel so much better. I know there are lots of lovely ladies out there like me so I decided to make this page to share my journey, and to continue learning.
