At the bowl, we are cleansing & treating the hair for styling & protection against heat. I personally prefer to shampoo because I like the hair to be in a certain state prior to styling to ensure the best results. 2. Squeeze in fee/same day fee. Personally, I just don't see a need for it. If you need a last-minute appointment and I'm able to get you in, then there's no charge. Just text me. 3. Product knowledge. Ask my clients. I’m always giving out information on my favorite products to use at home in between appointments. Being able to maintain your hair at home is just as important, if not more, than in the salon!
