We had a blast in Cancun last week for our 10(!) year anniversary. Great food and drinks at our resort & beautiful presentation. We especially loved the coffee shop. A lot of iced lattes and green juices kept us hydrated and moving! We signed up for an offsite cooking class but we ended up being the only attendees, so we basically got a couple hours to ourselves with an experienced chef who was kind and funny. The next night we also took a taco tour that served regional tacos from around the country. It was so fun but we missed our girl. We know she’d love it and we’re already dreaming of our next beach trip all together!

It was so fun to read to Ms. Gabberts class! They were also interested in recipes, pictures and telling me about their favorite foods!

I love the tanginess of the cultured butter—I think it gives it some depth that regular sweet cream butter doesn’t accomplish. Will you be trying this?
