Shetland Sheep Sheltering Pines specializes in raising Shetland Sheep that conform to the 1927 Standard as clarified by Appendix A.
Shetland sheep wool is famous for being the finest of the British Breeds. Shetland fleece should be between 4-6 inches long, never exceeding 7 inches. They are also a very fine b***d animal not meant to be shown as "meat sheep".
