I finished another painting! Winsor and Newton Gouache.

"Shatter"

Most of the time lately I'm doing "pretty pictures" but this one means something more to me, because it's about PTSD following sexual assault. It's not supposed to be me in the image, literally, just a representation of a person feeling those feelings... I hope maybe others in that mind space might see it and feel it too.

Here's my most recent piece that took me nearly a month to do because I kept messing it up!

Windsor and Newton designer gouache on Daler Rowney "The Langton " cold pressed paper in A3 (this is a zoom in on just the painted area which is 25cm square)

It's not my best work, it's really too busy on composition and muddy in colour imho, but there are passages in it I'm quite proud of ☺️

I've just finished a commission piece, so I have space on the waiting list!

A4 pictures start at £85 inc p&p.
A5 pictures start at £70 inc p&p.
A6 pictures start at £60 inc p&p. (I can only feasibly include one subject in these)

I add more for extra subjects (for example, five dogs in one picture or a cat and a child together) and complex pieces with fiddly details etc.

I don't have the materials to do larger than A4 in my studio. I am willing to take on a larger commission, but please know there will be extra costs involved as I don't have the paper/canvases or the packaging to send them to hand, so prices for that would be POA.
I don't recommend smaller than A6 as all detail will be lost!

Bear in mind these are originals not prints, hence the price! I struggle working to schedules due to my disabilities, and that's why I don't take on many commisons, but if you have a specific date you'd like a piece for, let me know and I'll try my very best to get it to you in time. Please be aware I cannot ever fully guarantee that due to my conditions though, and if that's a deal breaker for you, I'm very sorry!
